Toolboxes
Toolboxes Overview
Macuse provides toolboxes that enable AI assistants to interact with macOS applications. Each toolbox focuses on a specific app or capability.
Native App Toolboxes

Managing Toolboxes
To enable or disable toolboxes:
- Open Macuse from your menu bar
- Click the Tools card (second card)
- Use the toggle switch next to each toolbox
- Changes apply immediately
Viewing Toolbox Details
Click the arrow on any toolbox to expand it and see:
- A description of what the toolbox does
- Required permissions and their status
- Click a permission to grant access if needed
