Focus Reminders and Daily Goals
Keep your daily priorities visible with persistent sticky reminders
The Problem
You start the day with clear intentions, but distractions pull you away. By afternoon, you've forgotten your top priorities. You need persistent, visible reminders that stay on screen.
The Workflow
Step 1: Set Your Daily Focus
Each morning, create a sticky with your top 3 priorities.
Prompt to use:
Create a yellow sticky with my top 3 priorities for today:
1. Finish the API documentation
2. Review pull requests from the team
3. Prepare slides for tomorrow's presentation
Example output:
Created yellow sticky note:
"TODAY'S FOCUS
1. Finish the API documentation
2. Review pull requests from the team
3. Prepare slides for tomorrow's presentation"
Step 2: Add Time Blocks
Create colored stickies for time-sensitive work.
Prompt to use:
Create a pink sticky: Deep work until 11am - NO SLACK
Step 3: Track Progress
Use colors to mark completed items.
Prompt to use:
What stickies do I have right now?
Then update your focus:
Create a green sticky: ✓ API docs complete!
Step 4: End of Day Review
Review what you accomplished.
Prompt to use:
Show all my stickies and help me identify what I completed today
Expected Result
A visual system that keeps your priorities front and center, reducing context-switching and improving focus throughout the day.
