Set up and track daily habits using recurring reminders

The Problem

Building new habits is hard. Without consistent reminders and tracking, intentions fade and streaks break. You need a system that prompts you daily and lets you see your progress.

The Workflow

Step 1: Define Your Habits

Identify habits you want to build.

Prompt to use:

I want to build these daily habits:
- Morning meditation (7 AM)
- Read for 30 minutes (8 PM)
- Exercise (6 PM)
- Drink 8 glasses of water (spread throughout day)

Create recurring daily reminders for each.

Example output:

✓ "Read for 30 minutes" - Daily at 8:00 PM
✓ "Exercise" - Daily at 6:00 PM

Step 2: Set Up Weekly Habits

Add habits that don't happen every day.

Prompt to use:

Create these weekly habits:
- "Weekly review" every Sunday at 5 PM
- "Meal prep" every Sunday at 2 PM
- "Call parents" every Saturday at 11 AM

Step 3: Check Your Streak

Review habit completion.

Prompt to use:

Show me which of my habit reminders I completed
this week vs missed. Calculate my completion
percentage for each habit.

Step 4: Adjust Timing

Optimize when reminders fire.

Prompt to use:

I keep missing my evening reading reminder because
I'm usually still at dinner at 8 PM. Change it to
9:30 PM instead.

Step 5: Monthly Habit Review

Analyze long-term progress.

Prompt to use:

Create a reminder for the last day of each month
at 6 PM to "Review monthly habit progress" so I
can assess which habits are sticking.

Expected Result

A complete habit tracking system with daily reminders, progress visibility, and optimized timing based on your actual schedule.
